The OA 100 Pounders Phone Meeting
This is a special focus meeting of Overeaters Anonymous that addresses the needs of those of us who have released or need to release 100 pounds or more. We can identify more closely with those whose physical manifestation of the disease is much like our own. This meeting, however, is open to anyone who wishes to stop eating compulsively. This podcast is a recording of our daily guest speaker, who is invited to speak for 20 minutes on their experience, strength, and hope in the OA program.
